4. Are the monthly fee and monthly units pro rata?

 

Yes, the monthly fee and monthly benefits are pro rata except for national data which is given in full.

 

5. What is the validity of the monthlu free units?

 

Free units (included minutes, SMS and data) are valid for one bill cycle and will not be carried forward.

 

6. How will the 'international calling' and 'incoming roaming minutes' be split whithin the bundled pool?

 

The usage from the bundled pool of 'international calling' and 'incoming roaming minutes' depends on your

choice and follows the first consumed basis rule.

 

7. will i have to activate the International Roaming Service?

 

Yes, international roaming needs to be activated. If you are an existing customer migrating to ths rate plan

you'll need to activate the roaming service manually (should you have already activated the service). A

refundable security deposite of AED 2000 is required.

 

8. How can I subscribe to an International Business Plan?

 

International Business Plans are available through our shops, authorized dealers and also through your account manager.

 

9. What documents do I need subscribe to an International Business Plans?

 

You'll require:

 

  • A filled application form - available at our shops and through you account manager

  • Valid Trade license

  • Valid Establishment Card

  • Valid Passport and Visa copy (of the owner)

  • Offer application form (signed and stamped by the owner)

Should you be applying on behalf of the owner you will also need:

  • Authorisation letter/NOC

  • Valid passport and Visa Copy of the owner

  • Valid passport and Visa Copy of the authorised person

10. Can I switch between the different International Business Plans and the National Business Plan?

 

Yes you can, but only once per month. Please note that all monthlu free units will be pro rata except data,

which will be allocated in full.

 

11. How do I switch from the National Business Plan to a different International business Plan and vice versa?

 

You can witch plans by visiting a du store, contacting Customer Care on (800188), or simply by sending a

free of charge SMS to 1244.

 

12. What happens if I try to switch within National/International Business Plans more than once in the same bill

cycle?

 

As you can only switch within these plans once per month, any additional request to switch will be scheduled

in the system and will be automatically at the start of your next bill cycle. You'll receive a confirmation

SMS when this happens.

 

Note: Should you send multiple requests within the bill cycle, the request most recent will be scheduled to

begin at the start of your bill cycle.

 

13. Can I cancel the scheduled request I've made to switch plans?

 

If you decided to cancel the scheduled request and stay on you current plan, you need to send a new SMS

with the keyword of you existing plan which will replace your previously scheduled request.

 

For example, if you moved to Business Plan India in a bill cycle, and then sent a request to move to business

Plan Asia (which is scheduled for the start of your next bill cycle). To cancel the request, just send another

SMS with the keyworkd 'India' before the bill date to stay on you current plan.

 

14. How can I check the status of my free units?

 

You can check on your usage status by sending 'rewards' to 1233 or referring to your monthly invoice.

 

16. I'm an existing customer on a du business plan, can I move to an International Business Plan?

 

Yes.

 

17. Are there any handset offers available with International Business Plans?

 

You can choose from a range of handset offers available to our business customers.

 

18. What is the minimum commitment period for International Business Plan?

 

There is no commitment period attached to these plans.
